At SUITMINE®, we stand behind the quality of our suits and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In case you're not, we have a comprehensive Return & Exchange policy in place:
1. Return Procedure
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original address. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address via email.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Exchange
Exchanges are applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or does not fit. In such cases, we will replace the item for free. Customer can have only one exchange for a product that does not fit. The Client bears full responsibility for the submitted size, and in the event that it is incorrect, the cost of the adjustment is borne by the customer. Please contact us if you need to exchange a defective, damaged, or ill-fitting product.
4. Shipping
For returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. However, in cases of exchanges for defective or damaged products, we will cover the shipping expenses.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
